All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped. We do not guarantee delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
We currently ship to domestic and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order. Carrier selection may vary based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Blinky Trees is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit or defective on arrival, contact us immediately at nick@hsd.gg with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved damage or defect claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
